Precision Metal Stamping
Meier is a contract manufacturer of high-precision metal stampings and subassemblies for medical applications. For more than 30 years, Meier has been achieving significant cost advantages for our customers by converting more expensive manufacturing processes like MIM and machining to lower-cost progressive metal stampings.
Other advantages of stamping include:
- More complexity in smaller space
- Wall sections down to 0.05mm
- High throughput
- Lot-to-lot dimensional consistency
- Tooling to last the life of your program
Meier is an ISO 13485:2003 and 9001:2008 certified facility with a fully integrated in-house tool design and build. The markets served are cardio-stimulation, neuromodulation, ablation therapies, endoscopic devices, cardio and peripheral vascular therapies as well as hearing health.
